He is a passionate media & communications practitioner with extensive experience in integrated marketing communications and organizational leadership.
Rommel has 17 years of regional experience within the advertising and marketing industry and has been defined by his entrepreneurial and innovative approach to industry and business challenges to deliver exceptional business results.

He has excelled in top and mid-level leadership positions at Saladin PHD Kenya, Dentsu Aegis Network-Carat Uganda, Fireworks Advertising and OMG Saladin Media Uganda with distinct skills in finance, strategy, and organisation development.
Rommel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) from the University Of Delhi India, CCNA training and has recently completed a course in Data Science & Business Intelligence.

During the Uganda Advertising Association Annual General Meeting 2024. He was elected the New Chairman UAA 2024-2026, a position he is carrying with both hands to advance the association and serve deligenlty.
