Allen is a Communications strategist with sixteen years of experience directing PR campaigns.

She heads PR, BTL and Events at Maad McCann and has previously served as a Communications Officer at the World Health Organization. She has managed Corporate Communications at Crown Beverages Limited, and has been a Senior Communications Officer at Equity Bank Uganda. She also served as Secretary General for the Public Relations Association of Uganda 2020/2022 and 2023/2025.

She is a certified public relations professional with formal training in mass communication, complemented by advanced studies in international relations and diplomacy, and ongoing specialization in security and strategy, bringing a strong blend of communications expertise, global perspective, and strategic insight.

Beyond her corporate communications expertise, Allen leads strategic partnerships for the annual Auto Show Kampala, where she drives high-impact partnerships across the automotive ecosystem, aligning brands with consumers, dealers, and key industry players.
